"I had booked a Valentine's Day delivery, but it was delivered one day early on 13th Feb, after calling the recipient (NOT me) ahead and asking for permission. I hope you realize that early delivery may be a very good customer service factor in normal e-commerce delivery businesses, but not quite for special days like V-Day or birthdays, etc. Anyway, I am not too upset about it, but would have preferred if the delivery was done on V-Day itself as planned. Otherwise, I am happy with your service."
