E-voucher details can be accessed under `Order History` and will also be emailed to your registered email ID within 48 hours.
In case of shortage of PBP Coins, you can pay the additional amount through payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit Cards/UPI). Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

Once you redeem any voucher, it cannot be returned or exchanged with any other voucher.
E-gv is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift voucher/gift card.
Once the validity of the voucher has expired, it cannot be extended. It is the responsibility of the user to utilise the voucher within its usage time validity. Voucher validity details are shared with the voucher.
