IGP Your team did a great job..Thanks a lot. Why am I mentioning this?? As I ordered the Rakhi Hamper to be delivered to my brother's office address by 29th August. But after 3 days I came to know that my brother got leave from office and he will come to my house on Rakhi. I requested an IGP customer care executive to reschedule the delivery of my order if possible (on 21st Aug). IGP really delivered on its commitment. My brother got his rakhi on the second day of my request.
