Ensure all delivery address details, including name, address, pin code, and contact information, are accurate and complete to avoid delays, Return to Origin (RTO), or additional delivery charges on account of repeated attempts to deliver the product
Delivery date may vary according to product and address (pin code) of delivery.

Post-Delivery Instructions - Once the delivery is completed, kindly take clear photos of the outer box. This will help us investigate in case the product is received in a damaged condition. If the box appears damaged at the time of delivery, please ensure to mention the remark on the POD (Proof of Delivery) stating Box received in damaged condition.
Delivery Protocol - There will be no open delivery allowed by the courier partner. In case the box is damaged or appears to be in open condition, the end user must mention the appropriate remark on the POD (Proof of Delivery) at the time of receiving the shipment. Outer Box Images and Video: For any claims regarding damaged or incorrect products, outer box images and video are required as proof and should be submitted within 24hrs to pbponesupport@joinventures.com. Remark on Proof of Delivery (POD): Any discrepancies, such as incorrect or damaged products, must be remarked on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of delivery.
