Ensure all delivery address details, including name, address, pin code, and contact information, are accurate and complete to avoid delays, Return to Origin (RTO), or additional delivery charges on account of repeated attempts to deliver the product
Delivery date may vary according to product and address (pin code) of delivery.
Check for PIN Code serviceability (which may vary from product to product) on the platform before placing your order. In Case the Pin Code is not serviceable, enter alternative Pin Code while placing the order.
In case of RTOs (returns due to incorrect address/ person non-availability/ not reachable on phone etc) at time of delivery, additional delivery charges will be applicable and to be borne by the partner.

If the shipment is marked as delivered on the courier site but you have not received your order, inform your concern to the IGP helpdesk within 3 working days from the date of the delivery notification sent by IGP on your registered WhatsApp number and Email ID.
