This Ajio E- Gift Card (E-Gift Card) is powered by Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs) a private limited company with its registered office at Delhi incorporated under the laws of India. The E-Gift Cards are issued for the purpose of used on the AJIO desktop website/mobile website/ mobile application (AJIO Portal) by the customers of the AJIO Portal. Cannot be redeemed on the purchase of fine jewellery, silver and gold coins & H&M branded products.. Valid for 12 months. Clubbing and partial redemption is not allowed.

E-voucher details can be accessed under `Order History` and will also be emailed to your registered email ID within 48 hours.
In case of shortage of PBP Coins, you can pay the additional amount through payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit Cards/UPI). Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
Each voucher has a fixed time validity. Users are requested to read the voucher specific usage guidelines and terms & conditions carefully. Some vouchers are for online usage and some can be used for both online and at the offline store.
The egvs would be redeemable offline, online and may be on both depending upon the terms and conditions for the brand.
E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
Once redeemed, Vouchers cannot be cancelled or replaced with any other product from the catalogue.
Once you redeem any voucher, it cannot be returned or exchanged with any other voucher.
E-gv is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift voucher/gift card.
Once the validity of the voucher has expired, it cannot be extended. It is the responsibility of the user to utilise the voucher within its usage time validity. Voucher validity details are shared with the voucher.
