First of all, giving quality product is a different thing but for me the customer service that someone can provide is a must.So I would love to appreciate the fact that IGP have a very good customer service for resolving queries. When I got the parcel it had a crack on it. So I complaint about it and for my surprise it was really hassle free and I recieved another parcel just in two days.So for me IGP is trying every bit to make their customers happy and satisfied.
